Default Newbie here to this type of support

I find myself feeling healthy only because it’s been 3 years since I quit smoking. Also in those 3 years, I ended a bad relationship and had major surgery. The stress/separation/divorce diet I had become accustomed to no longer works because that stress is all gone. The surgery put me out of commission to exercise for about 5 months and I’ve not really gotten back into my committed daily walking routine. I am finding myself eating/snacking out of a bad habit and boredom. I’ve gained about 25 pounds over the last 3 years and I am not happy with myself, not happy how I feel in my clothes and I can’t seem to get out of my own way. That is what I am hoping all of you will help me do.
