I am new here and am just starting to attempt to get on track. I have often read from these forums but never made an account but figured the support could be awesome.
I am 228lbs and would like to get to 140lbs. I was 162 almost 2 years ago but I started turning to food for comfort and it got out of control. So nice to meet everyone and I hope to see you around!
Welcome! We have similar stats- I started at 225, my goal is 135. I had dropped to 175 at one point, then regained to 205 which is my starting point last May. Since May 2016 I've dropped from 205 to 144. You can totally do this!
