Adding the 30 day shred to my daily workout - too much??
Hi! I work out 5-6 days a week every evening for about an hour. I alternate between cardio and strength training.
I was thinking of starting the 30 day shred every morning in addition to the one hour in the gym (in the evenings).
Is this too much or "overexercising"? Does anyone else workout twice a day?
