Default can anyone help me

My question is what could be the real issue with me is it belly issue is it harmonal issue can anyone help me

I was born in 1981 i am single male.
When i was 9 years old in 1990 i got sick for 21 days for last 7 days i got treated by child specialist doctor that made me healthy again.

However since that time i feel a kind of tiredness in my whole body.

In 1991 i got circumcised and after that we have custom to feeed boys heavy ghee and protein diet so that he can get his energy back that he lost in bleeding.

And after that because of that diet i got fat very fat at the age of 10 i got gynocomastia
That gave me depression which i still have with me along with gyno.

Now i am 35 and for 25 years i am susffering from depressoin
For that obesity and gyno i started staying at home
Stopped playing outside

In 1994 our family left city and came to other city to live in
Then i couldnt go out here too and became scared of people in neighbour
That increased my depression

Consider that i am from developing country
We dont have doctors for obesity in small cities and we dont have psychologists
My way to lose depression was only waiting for devine help

And for obesity to go fast or seek hunger

In 1998 i went to college where students from many schools came and here i got scared of them and went in depression more thinking that i am very less than them

In year 2000 i became a victim of constipation that i still have
Till 2003 i was suffering from this depression
In 2003 i went to a psychologist her expertise couldnt help me

Then i went to a psychiatrist

He helped me big time but then my life turned more upside down
His meds helped me with my depression it was gone for the time i used meds like a magic.

In those 3 months i lost 12 to 15 kg there
But those medicines gave me sugar thirst ( that i still have ), along with dehydration ( that i still have )

I stopped that medicine after 12 days
In 12 days i lost 4 kg of weight that alos gave me hair loss
Which i recovered in next two years
But after few months i tried that same medicine for weightloss but they didnt work like earlier

In 2013 i tried sandwiches = bread potato boiled and spices. That gave me very bad dehydration and my attitude had become very rude in that time
However in 15 days i had lost 3 kgs but that must have been water weight that also made my brown eyes into almond eyes
At this time weight became 75 kg

From 2013 till now my weiht fluctuated from 75 kg to now 86 kg

I tried another sandwich bread+cucumber+tomato+omeletter

That gave me dehydration next day along with made me angry for no reason
And i went to normal health when i ate next day full regular meals

You don't lose weight by eating sandwiches - you lose weight by eating less calories than you are burning. You probably aren't getting the right nutrition which is why you feel dehydrated, lethargic and depressed. Speaking of dehydration, are you getting enough water? You should be drinking at least 64 oz a day. That will help you feel less dehydrated and will help flush toxins out of your body. I highly suggest you try calorie counting. Find a calculator online to figure out how many calories you are supposed to be eating each day and just start trying to hit that number. There are free apps and websites available to make counting calories easier. Focus on getting plenty of fruits and vegetables as well as lean protein like chicken or fish. After a few weeks, you can decrease the number of calories until you are losing 1-2 lbs (not sure how many kg that is) a week. Good luck!

*These are all just suggestions. I am not a doctor and don't pretend to be one. Please see your primary care doctor or a nutritionist before embarking on any diet/exercise plan.

Whilst on a base level obesity is the over consumption of food, on the level below that is all the factors that influence over consumption, socio-economic being one of them.

Two things come out in your post;
1 - You are hyper vigilant to every change occurring in your body
2 - You don't spend time around many people

Where part of eating is learned behaviour, the fact you are isolated would add to the behaviours that contribute to being overweight.

Is it part of your digestion? Possibly, from what you've said in relation to what foods are in and what are not present I can't imagine your digestive system is firing on all cylinders. However, what can improve that is losing weight.

Fasting has been shown to improve the digestive system as well.

It may be hormonal obesity. Fasting can help with that as AaronM suggested. We are talking of a different kind of fasting then you may be used to.

Eating too many carbs can affect peoples moods, such as anger and depression. So maybe a low carb diet. We have a support forum here at 3 Fat Chicks.
With your constipation and other issues you may want to look into changing your gut flora.
With so many health issues I'm not sure if calorie counting will work long term for you.
This is just my opinion and should not to be taken as medical advice.
Good luck.

Studies reveal that there's a direct linkage between weight problems and depression. You could be suffering from this.

Sometimes, we can get depressed because of how we feel about the way we look. Perhaps, we think we're not good enough. Or we don't like ourselves because of our appearance.

On the other hand, when we are already vulnerable, go on a diet, and do not consume enough nutrients that our body and brain need to function well, we could go into depression.

As to which one caused which, only a medical professional can tell. Personally, I am very much concerned with your emotional well-being.
My non-professional suggestion is to address your depression first. I've always thought that our mental and emotional state must come first, before we can gain any success with our physical state.

I'm sorry I could not be of more help, but I hope you could consult a professional to help you. And not one who just wants to give you pills. I hope it's someone who can get to the root-cause of your depression and help you from there.

Take care and all the best to you!
