I new here and ready to start my journey, I'm 29, 280lbs and I really want to go to the gym but I'm actually terrified to go by myself.
I live in the Thornton Heath area and there are quite a few gyms around and in Croydon so I'm quite flexible.
Would be also nice to have accountability buddies, have a solid group or person on whatsapp and share our daily meals and weight check, motivation support, etc...
