They had friend chicken, homemade French Fries Biscuits and Gravy.

I sat and watch my skinny SIL and Husband eat and heard my SIL remind me she eats whatever she wants and doesn't gain weight and instead of beating myself up all day I reminded myself

b.) yeah you may be skinny but I'll have low cholesterol and I will KNOW how to eat when I am older.
Way to go! Whenever somebody says something to me like your SIL said to you, I always pretend I am in a Peanuts cartoon and an adult is talking. Remember? "wahhh whoa waa waaaahhh" Works every time!
And you are SO right...there is so much more to being healthy than being thin!
