GOAL: 53 lbs
I reached my goal of 53 lbs lost in October of last year. It's funny though after reaching my goal I continued to eat healthy but was kind of slacking off with exercising. I am still at my original goal weight but my size 6 jeans don't fit anymore, so I have lost muscle and gained fat!
I'm revising my original goal and plan to lose another 5 lbs ... and I clearly need to keep exercise in my routine.
Program used: 21 Day Fix (Beachbody). Awesome program, easy to follow, fun to do and lots of support available.
