You guys rock! Your posts definately reflect more pluses than minuses!
I am drinking "restaurant water," as my DS has coined it! I bought an elcheapo, pretty blue, plastic goblet for my water today. Cut up a lemon, and Voila! "Restaurant Water!"
Marcie, I have to try the 'shrooms! They are becoming a big favorite of mine. I like the idea of water everytime you go in the kitchen...and the bathroom is even better! I can avoid the kitchen all day, but the other.....inevitable!
Ellis, you are hereby awarded the "Purple Cross" for being so sweet even though you are "cross."

Tuesday will be here before you know it!
Ruth, you rule the roost! Keep up the great work!
2dog-yummm, scampi.....sounds delish! I like the Florentine Eggs and Ham, too. Much better than green eggs and ham!
Keep up the good work and share those recipes! That's an order!
Lizzie-I had to laugh when I read your post...I WAS a sergeant (well, a staff sergeant) when I was in the AF! But no one called me "Sergeant Franny!" Maybe because that's not my name?

You seem to have a really good handle on the upcoming challenges, and I honestly think that is more than half the battle. It is always better to plan ahead, even if that means eating off plan, than it is to just "go for it" on a whim. Way to go!
gofishin-Yikes, remind me not to get on your bad side!

I'm happy to report that I ATE ON PLAN ALL STINKIN' DAY! It just about killed me to watch everyone else eat ribs and grilled corn while I ate my chicken breast and green beans, but I did it. I also survived a trip to McDonalds (salad) and a rushed breakfast (cottage cheese.) I didn't get any exercise in, but rushed around like a mad woman sewing a dress my DH needs for a wedding this next weekend. Does that count?
Nikii-Drink, Drink, Drink...and in case you didn't get the message...DRINK! I think I'll start wearing my "camel pack"...one of those backpacks that actually holds water and has a tube to suck on. Now THAT would do the trick!
Tomorrow is a holiday, so you can all just take the day off...
NOT!

Just plan for your challenges and you can make it through! I know you can!
