Back to the Forum after a long time

I've been away from the forum for quite a long time. A little history about myself. I went on the weight watcher's diet back in 2011 (last time I posted I believe), and lost some weight on it (gradually). I am from Canada, but work in Asia and at the time I was back in Canada for a few years. At the end of 2013 I went on a very high protein, very low carb diet (Ideal Protein), and lost like 25 pounds. I was at 170 and felt so great. I was also working out a lot back then.
Then I went off of that diet, because I really couldn't sustain it, I ended up gaining the weight back and then went back to Asia in 2014. I almost got close to my starting weight which was 238. I've started to work out a lot again and am eating very healthy. I'm at 220, but really want to get back to 170 the healthy way this time. I get my meals delivered (I am living in China), and I eat about 1,400 calories, five days a week with the odd slip up. I eat more than that on the weekends.
Anyway, glad to be back and doing this the right way, with eating healthy and working out 4-5 days a week doing weights and cardio. I may see some familiar faces around here. I hope everyone is doing well in this crazy journey.
