Hi from Texas!
My name is Kristin and I'm, obviously, here to get some support in losing weight! I was always super athletic but once I got out of highschool I put on weight pretty quickly. I went from 125 to 200 in about 3 years. It's been a huge blow to my self esteem, but I think the thing that kicked me into motion was my wedding album. They're great pictures, but to me they could have been better!
My sister in law is getting married in May and I'd like to lose some weight by then. I've worked out three days in a row now (light calisthenics, doable but definitely making me work) and I feel awesome!! I've been watching what I eat as well, and making sure I'm drinking more water than I have been. Today I managed to exercise for the whole thirty minutes which, at this point, is a huge success. I'm really proud of myself and I'm hoping y'all can help to keep me on track!
