Hi, everyone!
Just wanted to tell someone how hard it was to make this Pineapple Upside-Down Cake, and Potato Salad for my family picnic tomorrow...and not even take one lick or bite as I was preparing it!!
I am taking foods that I can eat, but I think this was a first for me as far as not "tasting" as I prepared.
Anyway, on a lighter note, I found a great cookbook on Amazon called, The Good Carb Cookbook, by Sandra Woodruff, M.S.,R.D. I am looking forward to using it as I enter Phase II.
