Default When enough is enough; or you need to keep going

This is for the ones who finally decided enough was enough. The ones who finally stopped saying I'll start tomorrow and started today. For the ones who have no idea where to even begin. I am still on my journey that happened because of medical set backs, but I finally got sick of just accepting it, and took charge of my life. No one can make you change, but being on here and looking for support is a start. I am here, we are here, the people here will listen and help. You can do this, just stick with it.

This is also for the ones who are feeling trapped and like they should give up. Maybe a cheat meal turned into a day and now it's been a week. That's okay, you are not expected to be perfect. No matter how much you cheat it's just a mistake, the only time you fail is when you give up.

What I have learned is to fight like **** for what I believe in. And I believe in every one of you. So even if you don't believe in yourself and no one in your life does either. Know that one person does, a complete stranger has complete faith in you. I encourage you to reply to this, to show anyone else who is struggling. And always reach out when you fall, we are the hands that will be reaching to help pick you up.

Start: 214 Current: 193 Goal: 150

We can do this.

Yup, that was me today. Enough is enough. Started today and almost didn't because I decided when I woke up and started saying to myself..."I shouldn't start I don't have all the right food in the house...etc" but threw that thought away and saturated and glad I did!

I love this, thank you for sharing! I got back on the wagon on January 1st and I've had ups and downs since then, but I did manage to lose some water weight. It's hard to motivate myself, but I don't look at the longterm. I look at the day ahead of me. The next meal. The next few hours. That I can conquer. The next 6 months? I'm not even going there.
