Default Scottish fatty saying hello

Every year i tell myself i will lose weight and every year i dont reach my goals. so this year, im not going to lose weight, im going to look after myself by feeding my body the right stuff and exercising regularly. Hopefully ill lose weight and tone my body along the way.

i need to stop thinking of the black and white good/bad food and giving up losing weight when im bad.

Now there needs to be everyday foods and once in a blue moon foods, a regular but not set in stone exercise plan and a best practice sleep routine.
