Hi I'm Cynara
Hey There
My name is Cynara and lets just say this isn't the first time I've tried to lose weight. I have in the past (First half of last year was the most recent time) lost up to 15kg while doing a diet (Duken Diet was really good, that first time anyway) and Calorie Counting (which is what did it last year and the right opinion for me onwards) but I have of course for one reason or another (mainly being lazy) have stopped and gone back to my old ways, though slowly this last time and gained the weight back.
Now what makes this time different? Well I have two new reasons (as well as many other reasons that have always got me to start this journey) to lose this weight and for good. My fiancé is not well (it was something we knew would come at some point) and he has to lose weight, not as much as I do but we always do better when we are both doing it and we are planning to have our wedding in mid 2019, though it is a while off I will be lucky to lose the 43kg/94pounds i want to lose by that time.
This time I thought why not find some like minded people to talk to on this journey and I found this website and I'm glad I did.
Sorry for the long introduction but sometimes things are hard to say in a few words.
