I ordered a few new goodies to motivate me. I don't know what to set or a goal, just looking for consistency. Maybe to motivate my I'll keep up with your minutes

6 39 min cycling 15 min yoga (trying something new)
7 1 hr snow shoveling (fit bit says 368 cal burned I'll take it!!)

10 30 min core strength
11 35 min cardio
12 45 min yoga/cardio
13 walking NYC
14 snow shoveling 20 minutes

19 & 20 lazy girl
21 steps in (wearing full duty belt and vest should count as resistance training lol)
