Thanks Scotsgal, I actually have organized a plan over the last week and am starting to pick up momentum. Futurehealthyme, I am definitely up for a buddy. I do tend to get off track and get distracted. Let me tell you what my plan and goals look like.
Plan
No soda
Drink lots of water
Drink my coffee black
Gym three days a week first month (then work up to 5 days)
Decrease salt (or at least stop adding it lol)
More fresh whole food choices
Less carbs
NO binge eating
Goals
My over all goal is to lose 130 pounds (huge goal I know)
Lose 100 pounds in 2017
Lose 40 pounds by May (my best friend's graduation)
Lose 10 Pounds each month (this is basically my focus point)
My end of January goal is 253 (today as official start and I was 263 yesterday)
I went to the gym this morning for the first time, and joined (Planet Fitness).
It was actually pretty awesome. Going back tomorrow morning as well.
I went to the grocery and bought lost of healthy food options after the gym.
I have a schedule set up for the next two months, I am working on a food plan. I started up my 3FC blog again and plan to post weekly.
I am determined this time and truly focused on me for once. Good luck ladies.
