Default Newbie Here! Need some tips and advice.

Hello everyone! I finally found out how to make a thread! lol. It took awhile. I'm on day 8 of Atkins induction. I'm 27 years old and have had 2 children. My youngest is 15 months. I'm 5'5 and when I started 8 days ago I was 161.4 lbs. I have been fluctuating between 158 and 159 lbs. One day I was even down to 156.6 lbs but the next I went up a pound. I thought I would be losing more by now. I'm peeing like crazy. lol. I'm going to list what I eat on an average day and could someone give me advice on what they think I should change in my diet or if it's okay and maybe I just need to be more patient.

Breakfast- 2 pieces of bacon and 2 fried eggs (fried in the bacon fat.)
Snack- Half a cucumber dipped in ranch made with heavy cream.
Lunch- Hamburger patty dipped in mustard with a small piece of cheese.
Snack- Salad with iceburg lettuce, broccoli, cauliflower, and cherry tomatoes and 2 tblsp of the ranch with heavy cream. 2 pickled okra.
Dinner- 4 oz fajita meat (made with my own seasoning like cumin and chili powder) 2 tblsp sour cream, and a little shredded cheese on top wrapped in iceburg lettuce kind of like tacos.
Snack- about 4 pork rinds with zero carbs.

I've been trying to drink a ton of water also. I'm not big into water but I've been drinking almost 100 oz a day and one propel zero a day. Please give me any input or suggestions that you can!

I've read somewhere that some pork rinds have sugar in them, maybe check the label.

Is there artificial sugar in propel? some people genetically treat that as regular sugar.

Too much dairy? Some people also struggle with that.

Also some genetically do better on different diets.

are you exercising?

You are doing everything right. Your diet is low carb / high fat and you'll be dropping lots of weight soon. Trust your diet. You actually picked one that works (all low carb, high fat diets are proven safe & effective for weight loss).

The only thing I would change is measure your progress every 2 weeks instead of everyday. If you're losing 5-10 pounds every 2 weeks, that's serious weight loss progress.

What's your end goal weight?

I'm not sure what my goal weight should be. I'm 26 and 5'5. Maybe start with 135 and see how that looks.
