For the last couple of months I tried out Jenny Craig, and it's been great, but due to financial problems I definitely can't continue after this trial is over. (Not that I ever planned to do it for the rest of my life, of course, but I wouldn't have minded keeping at it a little longer if it were possible)
I was wondering, has anyone done Jenny Craig (or some equivalent), and had to stop, found anything particularly helpful in doing it on your own?
Personally I found the accountability to be the major help to me in losing what I've already lost, although I'll definitely admit that the ease of pre-prepared food helped a lot too.
Anything from websites to apps, to just general tips?
