Hi I just realized yesterday if I add just one more kg according to my BMI it will be overweight I've decided to do something about it today I did the ten thousand steps n I'll continue daily n lower my calorie intake to 1100 n eat more fiber hope I'll be successful I fast want to loose 4 kgs n get out of the 60 group.

Pro Tip: Instead of counting just calories, make sure you read the nutrition labels and keep the fats at a minimum, you want most of your calories to come from protein and carbs (carbs are very good for you in moderation )
