Welcome! I do a modified intermittent fasting WOE and it works for me, too. I calorie count (which is a bit against their rules) and weeks I am below my weekly caloric goal I do not fast. I fast the day before I know I will go over or the day after if I couldn't the day before. This is a WOE I can follow to the end to maintain. For losing, I am riding a bike like I stole it at least 6 days a week for an hour or more each day. That is a bit against their rules, too, but I wanted to get it off faster than 0.5-1 pound a week and I am healthy enough to do it without a problem so far.
I am taking off attempting to lose Nov 10-30 and again December 15-31. Those weeks, I will aim for maintaining as I have travel with family plans and I won't be exercising much.
Check out the challenges here. I find them very motivating. I am doing Rieterella's Halloween Challenge and will do the next one, too. But, for the next one, my goal won't be too optimistic.
