i'm new, and completely unsure if i'm doing this correctly. i have never been active in a forum and the last time i posted in any kind of community setting was way back when livejournal was still active.
i'm here because i have a lot of weight to lose, the most i've lost is 50 pounds and then i completely lost motivation and gained most of it back, and i'm genuinely starting to become scared if i don't firmly make a change.
I started at 323lbs in January this year, I am now 288.8 as of this morning which is -34lbs and I have a lot more to go. I have quite a broad body frame which means that while I aim to be 154, I think 170 might be the lowest I will get. I have quite a bit of muscle mass.
Even to aim for 170, I still have 117.8 still to go, so a long journey for me
