I am new here, this is my first post. My goal is to lose 10lb this month (I am my heaviest ever, 190.7lb), which is about 5%.

We forgot this thread because the usual thread-starter was discouraged with her own weightloss but I'm back on the weightloss canoe now that my hectic summer is over.

186 this morning and am heading for 180 by October 1.

Shall I make and start a stickie?
