Default Journal, Tuesday Aug. 26

Not sure if anybody else still does this on-line journal thing these days. It really helped me stay on track yesterday, so I am back for more! If there is another forum that's more appropriate for these entries, let me know!

going out for lunch today - will try for something healthy like Chicken Caesar salad w/ no dressing

exercise - not yet ... will do 20 min. on stat. bike plus situps & weights
Water - going for a goal of 64 oz. today
Vitamin - yes

cooked apricots 1/5.5

lunch:
grilled fish 1
grilled veg 1

pesto 2/9.5

snack:
ww caramel bar thingie 2/11.5

dinner:
pork tenderloin tacos? 4
grilled veg

strawberries /vanilla smoothie 4/21.5

exercise: 45 min crosstrainer/elliptical thing -4

flex points abused: 1.5 so far

water: si,si
vitamin: si,si
