Default Buddy? Around 80lbs to lose...

Hi All,

I've just signed up this morning after starting the Tesco Ultra Slim meal replacement shakes today! I have just over 5 stone to lose, which seems so daunting!
Anyone want to buddy up and offer support to each other? Maybe set challenges along the way?
I'm a 28 yr old female living in Essex if that makes a difference.

Grace

Hello Grace, I'm Sara, 29, from Devon.
I've been doing the Cambridge Weight Plan. I started at the end of April and I've lost 39lbs so far with another 79lbs till goal.
I've been messing about really as I should have lost at least 4st by now not nearly 3st!
Anyway I'd be happy to be your buddy

Default I want to be your buddy!

Wow! Sara, you did a great job! Wish I can lose weight as much as you did. I tried taking some slimming pills before but none worked well. So now, I decided to go for healthier diet and an hour of workout at the gym 6 times weekly. I might not have as much progress you do, but I wish to join you with the journey. I am Ria.

Hi there I'd like a buddy as well I haven't done as well as any of you, I've got 7 stone to loose and I've lost nearly a stone in the last 3 months but with no real exercise so far but that is changing as of this next week. I've been researching fairly easy exercise routines due to my arthritis. I've found one that is a real Workout but no pain.

We could be buddies! We have the same goal weight! My name is Dakota and I am 21. I'm looking to lose 100 pounds to put me at 145.

Hi all, thanks for your replies... I weighed myself on Saturday and it was worse than I thought... I'm weighing in at 15st 12lbs, this is the heaviest I have ever been! I have quite an addiction to red bull so decided I needed to get that out the way first and I'm really pleased to say today is day 4 without it, it's been easier than I thought!
Now to tackle the diet shakes and get on with some exercising! I love the gym when I get into it but I'm seem to be lacking motivation so bad at the moment!

Would be good to keep this thread going and all help one another along in a buddy group? I will be weighing in again this Saturday and need somewhere to 'check in' and keep me on track

Replace your red bull with pre workout! I use it at work to keep my mind focused and its so much healthier than energy drinks!
