I've been healthy eating for months now and i exercise very moderately about 3x a week. It's been a jump from what i used to do, with smoking and junk food.
But I want to lose weight so Im doing the south beach diet, Ive done all the shopping and I start tomorrow. I know it's not going to be easy! But my mind is set. Any tips and tricks to curb cravings or advice from anyone who's already done it?
