    So sorry that I have't been posting. I've been giving my body a rest for 2 weeks. I found out that I have a severe vitamin D and iron deficiency. Apparently I Was not eating a balanced, vegan diet. I'm on lots of suppliments and am starting to feel better and hopefully my hair stops falling out soon .

    I''ll be working out starting on Mon!

    No workout for today since I needed to go to my Mom's house and that took quite a bit of time. I wanted to make sure there was nothing left that I wanted. There is a potential buyer for the house. Send positive thoughts my way for that.

    I'm thinking that I can probably try the 15's with this workout. Maybe just do the strength section, not the combined workouts. I don't know. Every time I increase the weights I feel bad or hurt in some way. But I can tell it has gotten a lot easier with the 12's.
