I just made some delicious pear preserves but have no idea how many points to count. It was 3 qts. pears, water, 4 1/2 c. sugar and a 20 oz. can of drained pineapple chunks. It made 7 8oz. jars.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Plugging it into my mastercook each 8-ounce jar is

623.9 cal/1.1 fat/6.4 fiber.

1 serving of 1 ounce would be:

77.9 cal
.13 fat
.8 fiber

Thanks for posting that recipe...My grandmother used to make something very similar and she called it Pear Honey. The mixture of the pineapple and pears is heavenly....Thanks for the reminder and it looks like I can have some and not ruin my points! I am going to give it a try!
