Well, I kind of have a story...
My turning point was after my 18 month battle with Cancer. I'm now 18 months Cancer free. But for the first year after my battle with Cancer I went through a great deal of strife (and also was diagnosed with PTSD as a result of going through the trauma of Cancer, which is not uncommon.) Anyway... As I began to heal, it hit me like a ton of bricks that I had been given a second chance at life.
I wanted to be healthy: mind, body, spirit. I owed it to myself.
SO... here I am... 18 months since I began my journey to wellness.
I'm motivated by balance, by being healthy as a whole. And yes, by feeling my best and admittedly so, looking better
I've made a lot of life changes, not only just weight wise...
Things are going well. And for that I'm grateful
