WOO HOO for you, Ruth!! I meant for the treasurer part, but I'm really glad your luncheon went well too!
Beth - can you plant some veggies for me?
I am also grateful for everything coming in green. I had another (bizarre!) test at Hershey Monday, which is nearly 2 hours away. It was interesting to see how much more green it was down there than here. OH THE GREEN!! I LOVE IT!! It makes my heart so happy

. In about a week, the mountains will be that green here!! I told my hubby, who is still a little resentful we didn't move to Colorado, that their mountains may be huge and gorgeous, but ours are so GREEN!!!! (it didn't make him feel better, LOL)
Today I may make a trip to the necessary evil, which is WalMart. I need a few things, and definitely better to not go on the weekend. I think it's leftovers tonight, since the kids' schedule is a little crazy - DD has her choir concert tonight! Unfortunately, they have politics there too. She tried out for a solo, everyone said how awesome she did, but it was given to a girl who a) didn't try out, b) doesn't even go to their school!! She transferred to a local...public branch school, and somehow is still allowed in our school's choir. SMH. I told my DD, "welcome to the world of politics". At least she was warned that the same 3 people get the solos every year.
Onward ho!
