Default Question about water

So now that I'm drinking more water, I am in the bathroom a lot. 😄 Like I drink a glass or two and then I immediately have to pee. Not sure if this is normal or not. I've read that this should slow down as you get adjusted to drinking more water. I've also read about taking some kind of trace minerals (can't remember exactly what they are) that are supposed to help you absorb water. Has anyone tried this before? And does it help?

I can't comment on the minerals, but I have always drank lots of water, and have always spent a lot time in the washroom

I think its normal. I drink a lot and I have to go to the toilet every 1-2 hours. It sucks though -.-

Ok thank you, that makes me feel better! I guess I'll just have to get used to it if I'm going to drink all this water. At least my office is close to the bathroom 😄😄
