I suppose I can join in!
I'm sitting here, glass of wine in hand, and thinking really hard about sleeping. I do NOT know what makes me so tired. I know, of course, that a glass of wine can make a person dozy, but this is just silly. It's 8pm at night and I KNOW I haven't been drinking that much!
Seriously, there is something about this warm weather I live in that makes me super-duper tired. I can't put my finger on it, but get to 8pm and, drinking or not, I just want to crash. How can this even be???
I'm really hoping I shed some weight in the morning. I am going to have to drink extra water and no dark chocolate snackies. But my fingers are decidedly crossed!
