Default New to site

I am new to this site. I am 38 years old and really need to lose 30lbs. I'm not quite sure wear to start. I have tried every program in the past. I was successful with a no carb diet, and a doctor's weight loss program in the past (before having children.) I'm struggling to get started this time around. I need motivation!

Well, you've come to the right place to get support and motivation!
I imagine that it seems overwhelming, first starting out. There are so many diets that one could follow! There are Weight Watchers people on here, paleo folks, calorie counters... As for me, calorie counting combined with a whole foods/low carbs approach has worked tremendously.
My advice is that you do a little research on the boards and see what would fit best into your busy lifestyle as a mother.
