Default Seafood Chowder

I keep reading that seafood chowder is not particularly healthy or good for weightloss. But having made my own, the stuff in it is really good for you. Sure there is a little butter and cream, but the amounts are hardly a dealbreaker for a nutritious meal that packs a protein punch.

Any thoughts?
