Merowi2 - your starting weight for the 5 lb thread is your weight the day you sign up for this 5 lb challenge and not the weight you started your weightloss journey at. So if your weight as of today's date is 168 then you would reach your 5 lb goal when you reach 163 lbs. I hope you find this helpful.

And goody! The only time I'm happy when the weight goes up is when it coincides with the start of a new challenge. What am I talking about? I'm not happy with my weight going up at all. Too much work, too much stress, not enough exercise...
Ok discouraged back to 172 today. I ate 1560 calories yesterday mostly protein 78g,but 665mg over on salt.Cant move my rings off fingers today and having constipation issues,ugh

Don't feel/get discouraged this is me with my rings most mornings but it eases up through the day. And not that it's a good thing but I jump back and forth between 168 -173 every week it seems. I've got to better ... we will do better
