Hello !
Hi everyone ! I just started yet again a diet. I think the reason i failed the other times is because I had no support and that's why I joined this forum. My heaviest weight was 260 lbs, I'm currently at 225 lbs and would like to get down to around 145. I'm also looking for tips as I live in a west african country where people eat rice every day and don't really care about healthy foods and vegetables so I'm looking for a way to eat the local food and still lose weight.
