Sometimes in the afternoon I want something crackery/crunchy to snack on. I've always enjoyed just snacking on dry cereal - doesn't have to be a high sugar one.
I see that Trader Joes has a bran type cereal and an O's type that are both high in fiber and decent in calories. Having a cereal be high in fiber isn't really mandatory - but I might as well be adding something beneficial if I'm going to be snacking.
Has anyone tried either one of those and have a taste preference for one over the other?
