Does anyone post small mini goals, such as 5 lbs or so? I've started a list on my fridge for my weight loss goal of 45lbs by June 31st. I've set it in increments of 5lbs to help me be more accountable. I have my starting pics saved in my computer so I can look back on them and remember how far I've come. The pictures attached are from a weight of 275.5.
My ending weight for January is 261.3. I am offically down 14.2 lbs from where I started this month. On a sad note, I was fired from my job yesterday for reasons that were stupid. But onto the next job
