Default 1978 Weight watchers

I lost 45 pounds with WW in 1978, and got my life time membership. I have tried WW again and again since the mid to late 1980's with little or no success.

Having done a lot of experimenting (ok ok... if there's a diet out there, let's just say I've probably tried it), I know limited carbs and regimentation work best for me. That 1978 version really was a limited carb approach and was regimented.

I remember most of it. What I'm having trouble remembering are the three vegetable lists. A, B, C. I remember one was limited to about 1/2 cup amounts and included starchy veggies like peas, corn, potatoes, etc.

One was a free list... but it's that middle list I can't recall too well. Does anyone still have those lists kicking around? I would really appreciate them.

Counting points just does not do it for me... there is too much option out there. I need to be far more regimented and now that the kids are 20 and 15, I can do this for me!

Thanks SO much!!

*determined to lose minimum 30 pounds*
