Hey! It's another newbie!
After creeping these forums here and there over the past very long while, I've decided to actually join and hope that it makes me a little more accountable.
Over the past 3 years, I have lost 50lbs, and gained 20lbs back which I find extremely embarrassing. I really have the desire to reach my goal, in the past I have done weight watchers with great success, but now am looking to find my own rhythm so that being healthy an active are just a natural part of my life, not just being 'on plan'.
