If you can do everything for free online then do it why pay for what you do not have to. Take advantage of what you can.

Sure it's possible to find a lot of free things online. But people choose to spend their money on whatever they want to, and what better way for someone to spend their money than on their health and fitness? I choose to spend my money on organic vegetables, fruits and dairy whenever I can. I like to spend a few extra dollars to get grass fed beef and wild caught salmon. It is money well spent. I like my gym, it's a little pricier than other gyms in the area but it's beautiful, it's clean, it has great instructors and machines and I like to use the sauna there. It is worth it to me. I like to spend a good chunk of change on my workout bras and my athletic shoes and go cheap on workout clothes. I've spent a considerable amount of money in seeing a nutritional therapist but the experience is worth more than gold and diamonds to me. I spend money on taking dance lessons but I have so much fun that I can't stop!
Sure, you don't need a lot of money to be fit and healthy. It is possible to do all of this very frugally. It doesn't cost anything to run or do situps or find support on the internet. But there's more than one way to skin a cat!
