Default Diet plans and weight lose programs

I have noticed alot of questions on yahoo answers asking abou the best weight lose plans on how to lose weight quickly or how to lose a big amount of weihgt at one time. And they would also like to use pricey things like diet products.

But then if you really think about it. What they need is a darn good forum.

They ask about what things to use.
Its not about spending a lot of money to buy exspensive things. Its about finding whats cumfortable for you.

And to get help by being motivated and eating healthy. And having fun with what you are doing.

Why spend a bunch of money on something like sugar free weight lose snacks when you can make things at home.

Why join a gym if your to scared to workout in front of other people.

There are many things a free forum and a free youtube account can do for you. There's even pinterest.

When its free use it and use it well.

There are free cooking apps and sites and select light or low calories. And make it healthier. Why buy exspencive things 4 or 6 in a box. When you can make a alternitive.

Pop sicles> Why buy 4 or 6 for a few dollars blend up some bananas an raspberries and put some protein powder in there and make home made one. Or use fruits and veggies into sweets.

Just because its easier to buy a 4 or 5 dollar box dose not mean its always going to be the best option just because it says low calories or sugar free.

If you look at forums and give your advice or get advice its always better because your not paying for it.

If you pay for the advice from a pro then your thinking I have to other wise its a waste of the money. But that's not true you need to move at your own pae if you rush along to try to keep up with the person your paying for then your rushing you body and mind. And that's never good.

After all if you mess up one day then you think oh no what have I done. Why did I do that.

That's never a good idea. You want to go at your own pace that way when you lose you think "Ok 1 pound gone in 1 week. I was moving pretty slow this week maybe next week if I try a little harder I can lose 2 pounds." And then by slowly pacing yourself and building up your speed and distance you can build up your pain level.

Its always best to start slow one thing at a time. And if you can get tips and motivation as well as being able to tak about things that's bothering you with needing to pay for a shrink or breaking into your presonal trainer fees by needing more time with them because your unloading on them about your bad week.

If you can do everything for free online then do it why pay for what you do not have to. Take advantage of what you can.

Sure it's possible to find a lot of free things online. But people choose to spend their money on whatever they want to, and what better way for someone to spend their money than on their health and fitness? I choose to spend my money on organic vegetables, fruits and dairy whenever I can. I like to spend a few extra dollars to get grass fed beef and wild caught salmon. It is money well spent. I like my gym, it's a little pricier than other gyms in the area but it's beautiful, it's clean, it has great instructors and machines and I like to use the sauna there. It is worth it to me. I like to spend a good chunk of change on my workout bras and my athletic shoes and go cheap on workout clothes. I've spent a considerable amount of money in seeing a nutritional therapist but the experience is worth more than gold and diamonds to me. I spend money on taking dance lessons but I have so much fun that I can't stop!

Sure, you don't need a lot of money to be fit and healthy. It is possible to do all of this very frugally. It doesn't cost anything to run or do situps or find support on the internet. But there's more than one way to skin a cat!
