Dismayed at weight gain due to injury
Hello! I am here to get some support in weight loss. I weighed the most I ever weighed 6yrs ago. I made the decision to lose it - and I did. Diet and exercise. I lost 20lbs in 1 month!
Recently I suffered an injury. I was out hiking and I decimated my ankle. The damage wasn't found until 3 months after the injury first occurred. As a result - I haven't been able to exercise as much/well as I'd like. Pretty much all high-impact cardio is out of the question. I still am wearing an aircast on my foot.
So as a result, I've pretty much gained all the weight I initially lost - after 6yrs of keeping it off.
Anyway, I am hoping to be able to lose the weight again. I am not quite sure how to, but came here looking for support!
