I'm new to this site. It looks like a great support tool for weight loss, so I signed up. I have a long journey ahead of me. I have many reasons for wanting to lose weight, but the main ones are to get healthy... And I want to start a family. For me personally, I would like to have my health in check before I get pregnant. Definitely very motivated 😀 I'm currently at 225, so I know this won't happen over night. I'm just going to take it one day at a time and start with baby steps. This week I'm focusing on getting my eating in check and nightly walks.
