Went to Leavenworth, Wa. yesterday. Kids went sledding. Too cold for me and it's hard to bring all those cloths on the plane.

Good job, Carol! I did a modified Burn Body Fat 2 mile, couldn't keep up with the whole thing, but, kept moving!

This is my weekend on-call, and I'm usually running around for all hours, as was the case yesterday. Today I am still on-call, but not going to try to get in formal exercise. I do plan to bump up my water bc I gained 1.3 lbs from yesterday! eek!
