
This is a good place for support. I recommend joining threads that 'meet' daily. There are a bunch of challenges (fitness, food, etc.), daily accountability for food/exercise, and many more.
I can identify with feeling helpless while watching your weight climb. It's awful. The good news is you can
absolutely change that. No question. There are a lot of inspiring success stories here on this site that are evidence for that.
