So, my husband and I have this little competition going. It just so happens that we are in the same ballpark weight-wise right now.. the 170's. Now, he really doesn't need to lose weight, but he's been super supportive about me losing and getting healthier. Guess you could say we're both on a healthier path. (I'm 5'4" and so far have lost over 50 lbs.)
My morning weigh in showed 173.. down from 174 yesterday. Happy dance! When I told him he took his turn on the scale, and he had lost two pounds and was down to 172! Drats! We had a good laugh, as this back and forth competition has been going on for about 2 weeks now.
The man eats double what I do, but still seems to lose so much easier than I without really trying. (He's 6' tall with a slim build.) My consolation is that soon there will come a point when he won't be surpassing me. It's been fun baby, but December is going to be MY month!
