hhhhTraining for May starts today! Starting with a reasonable goal. Not to fizzle out during the month.

1. 45 min indoor cycling 9.5 miles 15 min core strength
2. 50 min indoor cycling 9.5 miles 10 min core strength
3. 30 min indoor cycling 7 miles
4. 20 min indoor cycling 4 miles
5. 30 min indoor cycling 6 miles
6. 35 min indoor cycling 6 miles
7-10 0
11 30 min brisk walking 3 miles
12-14 0
15 30 min indoor cycling 6 miles
16 4 miles walking
17 20 min indoor cycling 4 miles 10 min strength yoga

18-22 didn't log

23 3 miles walking
24 0
25 0
26 0
27 0
28 35 min indoor cycling HIT 7.5 miles
29 25 min indoor cycling 5 miles
30 55 min walking 4 miles

I'm going to hop back on now that my outdoor activity is down. Time to get back in the habit of planned exercise.

Goals: 30 minutes/day 5 days/wk, squat challenge, weights 10 minutes/3 days/wk.

Count me in, I did not meet my goal for last month so need to up my activity level this month to get ready to ski at the end of the month.

Goal: 1400 minutes
Minutes so far: 70 minutes

1- 35 m Weights/Sculpting
2- 35 m Interval Cardio
3- 0 Injury
4- 0 Injury
5- 0 Injury

6- 0 Injury
