I just read through the November thread. I have been lacking in my exercise and this thread is very inspiring. I'm hoping that joining in will help me get back on track. I have a few medical problems that would improve with exercise. I am not in good condition, but I'm hoping that will change the more I do it. I don't know if I will ever be able to do floor exercises, but you never know.
Carolr, you do a great job of keeping variety in your exercise. That's important because different exercises use different muscles.
I have a ton of exercise videos. I could go a few months and not do the same one twice. I see them cheap at Goodwill and flea markets so I buy them, then they collect dust. I don't particularly like WATP because it seems too repetitious and I get bored. I have a treadmill and elliptical, along with a few other things and I usually use them while watching TV to make the time go faster, but I might start throwing a video into the mix, especially on week-ends when my favorite shows are not on TV.

I cleaned house this morning, not that it was dirty really, but I dusted and scrubbed floors and it feels so much better now. I get a bit obsessive with my house being clean.
