I'm so proud of myself. I haven't even really dieted these past couple of weeks. I've simply eaten very small portions. I'm not starving myself. Though My stomach painfully complains. My dad asked me if I've been losing weight. He's good at noticing that stuff. So I decided to weigh in. I've lost 5 pounds! From 234 to 229! I'm happy!

I've also started a special group therapy so I'm out of the house all day away from any kitchens! I'm soon going to start binge eating group therapy!
