Default Ever heard of "Eat It Later" by Micheal Alvear?

I subscribe to bookbub and they listed 'Eat it Later' as a 99¢ ebook buy. It doesn't have any reviews on B&N so I was wondering if anyone here has read it and if it was any good?

I read the preview and have to admit lost interest when reading about his only having to lose 14lb.s but wondered if would help with learning self-control and portion problems.

There are some reviews on Amazon. I also found the author's blog, which looks like it has a lot of the same information that is found in the book.

http://eatitlater.net/ (just scroll down past the order form for the book)

Looks like it's another spin on the intuitive eating idea. Might have some good ideas, but I'd definitely not spend $14.99. But if you can get it for .99, why not?

I bought it for .99 and like it. Yes, it is much like intuitive eating.

Thanks, Carol. I might download it myself. I've been reading through the blog and wondering if there was much more to the book than he describes there.

The only thing I don't like is she uses some bad words.
