I have seen people losing weight and stating that they are on a shake called vi-shape. Can anyone tell me about this diet. Is it healthy, and did you lose weight while on it?
I would lean more towards a healthy lifestyle, that is long term sustainable, so that you can live and have a life, and eat real food, instead of shakes.
While it might be ok to get started, do you really want to drink most of your meals, FOREVER!
